Do you offer one-time projects or retainers? +
Both. We offer one-time project work (website builds, logo design, ad campaign setup) as well as ongoing monthly retainers for services like SEO, PPC management, and social media. Most clients start with a project and move to a retainer once they see results.
What's included in a free consultation? +
During your free 30-minute consultation, we audit your current digital presence, identify your biggest growth opportunities, and outline a tailored strategy. There's no obligation to purchase — it's genuinely useful regardless.
Do you offer custom packages? +

Do you require long-term contracts? +

Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Project work is typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods.

Can the chatbot understand different languages? +
Yes. Our GPT-powered chatbots (Scale plan) support multilingual conversations and can be configured to respond in your customers' preferred language automatically.
Can the chatbot hand off to a live agent? +
Yes. When a conversation requires a human, the bot can flag it, send a notification to your team, and pass over the full chat history so the handoff is seamless for the customer.
Will the chatbot replace my human support team? +

Do you do keyword research as part of SEO? +

What's the minimum ad spend for PPC? +
We recommend a minimum ad spend of $500/month to generate meaningful data and results. Our management fee is separate from your ad spend and scales with your budget.
Do you manage Google Ads and Meta Ads? +
Yes — we manage campaigns across Google Search, Google Display, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
How do you measure PPC success? +
We track cost-per-click, conversion rate, cost-per-lead/acquisition, ROAS, and overall revenue impact. You receive regular performance reports with clear, plain-English summaries — not vanity metrics.
How do you approach local SEO? +
Local SEO combines Google Business Profile optimisation, local citation building, review generation strategy, and geo-targeted content to get you ranking in the Maps Pack and local organic results for your city and service area.
Can I keep my ad accounts if I stop working with you? +
Absolutely. All ad accounts we build are created in your name or granted to us as a manager. You retain full ownership at all times — the accounts are yours, not ours.
Social Media
Which social media platforms do you manage? +
We manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest. Most clients focus on 2–3 platforms where their audience is most active — we'll advise which ones make the most sense for your business.
Who creates the social media content? +
We handle everything: content strategy, copywriting, graphic design, video editing (where applicable), scheduling, and posting. You review and approve content before it goes live. For some clients we also provide photography direction briefs.
How many posts per month do you publish? +
This depends on the plan. Typically we publish 12–20 posts per month per platform, plus Stories and Reels/Shorts where relevant. We'll agree the frequency as part of your strategy.
Do you engage with comments and DMs? +
Yes — community management (responding to comments and DMs) is included in our social media management packages. Fast, on-brand responses are a key part of building an engaged following.
Can you grow our account from scratch? +

How long does a website build take? +
A standard business website takes 3–5 weeks. E-commerce stores with extensive product catalogues or custom functionality typically take 6–10 weeks. We provide a clear timeline before work begins.
Do you handle website hosting? +
We can recommend and set up hosting for you, but hosting is billed directly to you so you retain full control and ownership. We work with Hostinger, SiteGround, and Cloudways depending on your requirements.
Can you redesign an existing website? +
Yes — website redesigns and migrations are something we do regularly. We audit your existing site first to preserve anything valuable (SEO equity, content, conversion paths) before rebuilding.
What support do you offer after launch? +
We offer post-launch support packages covering security updates, plugin/theme updates, performance monitoring, and content changes. Many clients retain us on a monthly basis for ongoing maintenance and development.
Will my website be mobile-friendly and fast? +
Yes. Every site we build is fully responsive across all screen sizes and optimised for Core Web Vitals (Google's page experience signals). Speed and mobile performance are built in from the start, not added as an afterthought.
Working With Us
What does the onboarding process look like? +
After signing, we complete a thorough discovery session, conduct audits of your existing channels, define KPIs, and build a 90-day strategy. Most clients are fully onboarded within 1–2 weeks.
How do you communicate with clients? +
We use email for formal updates and reports, WhatsApp for quick communications, and Zoom/Google Meet for strategy calls. You'll have a dedicated point of contact throughout.
How often will we have strategy calls? +
Monthly strategy calls are standard for retainer clients. For new campaigns or major optimisations, we schedule additional calls as needed. You're never just receiving reports in silence — we explain what's happening and why.
Can I pause or cancel my service? +
Yes. Retainer services can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice. We're not in the business of holding clients to services that aren't delivering — if something isn't working, we'll tell you honestly.
What if I'm not happy with the results? +

Do you sign NDAs? +
